I’m so glad you’re here. This space is deeply personal to me, as it’s where I share my journey through mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety, and my ongoing quest for spiritual growth and healing.
Like many of you, I’ve faced moments of darkness and doubt. But along the way, I’ve discovered tools, insights, and a renewed sense of purpose that have helped me move closer to becoming the best version of myself.
Through this blog, I hope to offer you support, inspiration, and a reminder that you are never alone in your struggles.
Together, let’s explore what it means to heal, grow, and thrive—not just in one area of life but as a whole person. Thank you for walking this path with me.
christian LIVING
Ever since starting my intentional journey of having a personal relationship with God, I’ve found myself reading the Bible more and more. And by so doing, I have come to have a better understanding on a variety of things. Christian Living is an All About God segment, where I share in form of devotionals, some of the lessons that I have been learning.
cultivating A BETTER YOU
A while back, I went through one of the toughest seasons of my life. A season where I experienced so many losses; job, finances, relationships and ultimately my identity. But in the midst of a season that left me depressed and filled with so much anxiety, were life lessons I will carry with me for the rest of my life. There is a quote by Morgan Harper Nichols I love, “Tell the story of the mountain you climbed. Your words could become a page in someone else’s survival guide.” That quote is the reason I have this segment, to share some of the life lessons I learnt in a season I’ve come to refer to as my season of pain, in the hope that it will be a source of encouragement and inspiration for someone going through something similar.
cultivating CALM
Sometimes, all we need is a safe space to explore mental health & wellness, as well as a space where we can speak on depression and anxiety without fear, shame and/or guilt.
It is my prayer that girl unglassed will provide that space for you.
Please Note: I am not a medical professional nor have I been trained to help people going through mental health issues, but I am hoping my experience with the same will provide personal insights and positive inspiration to anyone going through the same.

Just a gentle reminder: You deserve to be chosen and to never be loved in halves. You deserve someone who is sure of you; you deserve someone who stays.
